Zacharie Lemelle

Zackarie Lemelle is a visionary leader who has spent a lifetime using his passion for people, savvy for business, and an unshakable focus on excellence to transform leaders and organizations from the inside out.

 

With over 40 years of experience working in firms, from start-ups to Fortune 500s, Zack has honed his perspective and practice on what it takes to really nurture performance sustainably. He spent 20 years with a major healthcare company, where he served as Global Vice President/Chief Information Officer. Then, successfully transferred those invaluable experiences to his pioneering role as a Managing Partner of one of the nation’s top Coach Training firms.

 

Now at the helm of New Hope, Zack’s experience as a Certified Professional Coach, respected Corporate Leader, and purpose-driven Business Owner, gives him a uniquely rich perspective on leadership and business reengineering. All of this informs his people-centered approach to uncovering those key insights that deliver breakthrough advantage that matter.

 

Zack also spent seven years serving in the U.S. Army’s Worldwide Military Command and Control with stents in Seoul Korea, and in the Military District of Washington DC. Zack served in both the Pentagon and the Hoffman Complex in Alexandria Virginia, where he started the Non-Commissioned Officers Association to serve and support the needs of enlisted personnel and their families transitioning to the DC area.

 

Zack is also the past Chair of the Information Technology Senior Management Forum, an organization dedicated to increasing the number of people of color in the C-Suites around the country. Former Chair of the Board for the Global Leadership Forum. Currently Zack serves as the President of the Board of Trustees for the Crossroads Theater Company.
